What does FeedbackFrog offer?

As a panel member at FeedbackFrog, you have the opportunity to participate in
various types of surveys and user tests - and get compensated for your valuable feedback.

Online surveys

These are conducted entirely online and can be completed whenever it suits you. The questions may cover products, services, or your experiences in different areas.

Unmoderated tests

Test new digital products and services at your convenience, without a moderator. Follow step-by-step instructions and share your webcam, screen, and microphone. You will need to think out loud and share your thoughts to help improve the user experience.

Moderated tests

Participate in an online video meeting with a moderator, where you have the opportunity to share your thoughts and opinions. You can register your interest for a moderated test, and we will follow up via email if you qualify.

Compensation

After completing a test, you will receive your compensation. The compensation depends on the type of study you participate in. For unmoderated and moderated sessions, the payment ranges between 100–950 SEK.

How old do I need to be?

You must be at least 18 years old to join the FeedbackFrog panel.

How do I know if I qualify?

Some surveys are targeted at specific groups. If you qualify for a survey or an unmoderated session, you can participate immediately. For moderated tests, we will contact you with a calendar invitation and a confirmation email. The more studies you apply for, the greater your chances of being selected!

Are my details safe?

Yes, your information is completely secure with us! We need some details about you to match you with products and services that you might enjoy testing and providing feedback on.
