Questions & answers

How long do the surveys take?
It depends on the type of survey you are participating in. Unmoderated sessions typically take between 5-30 minutes. Moderated sessions usually take 30-90 minutes to complete. These surveys can take place both online and physically at the client's office.
How many surveys can I participate in?
You can participate in a maximum of 3 surveys per month.
How do I register?
You can easily register at the top of the page by clicking on "Join".
How old do I need to be?
You must be at least 18 years old to participate in the surveys.
How do I know if I am suitable for a survey?
Some surveys target a specific audience. If you match the client's profile for a survey, you will be scheduled. We send out a calendar invitation as well as a confirmation via email. The more surveys you apply for, the greater your chances of being selected to participate.
How much can I earn from a survey?
Compensation range: You can earn between 100 and 950 SEK per test, depending on the length and complexity of the test. For certain specialized tests requiring specific participant criteria or longer time commitments, the compensation may be even higher. Compensation is provided in the form of a gift card from Huuray.se, which can be used at hundreds of retailers.
Are my details safe?
Your information is, of course, safe with us! We need information about you so that we can match you with products and services that you would find interesting to test, contribute to, and provide feedback on.
How do I get paid?
Two days after completing a test, you will receive an email with instructions on how to claim your compensation. If the email doesn't appear in your inbox, please check your spam folder – it may have ended up there by mistake! Once you have requested your compensation, it takes about three business days to receive your digital gift card via email. For your first test, you will need to verify your identity using Mobile Bank-ID before you can request your compensation.
Are my personal data safe with you?
Yes, your data is safe with us! We collect information about you in order to match you with products and services that you may be interested in testing and providing feedback on. This information is also necessary for us to issue compensation and comply with the laws and regulations that govern our operations.

What does it mean to be a standby participant?
You can become a standby participant by applying for a standby spot. As a standby participant, you must be available during your scheduled time—usually 4-hour sessions—and ready to travel to the test location if a regular participant is unable to attend. If we need you to join, you must be able to arrive at the test site within 30 minutes. We will call you if your participation is required.

Will I be compensated for travel to on-site tests?
Unfortunately, no. However, we have increased the compensation for our on-site tests in Kista to help cover potential travel expenses.
What if my gift card has expired?
Gift cards are valid for one year. Unfortunately, once they expire, we cannot issue a replacement. If you have questions about this, please contact info@huuuray.se.

What is the difference between an NDA and a Privacy Policy?

Our clients often work on products that are either not yet available on the market or are in early stages of development. To protect these confidential projects, you are typically required to sign an NDA before participating in a test. Privacy Policy: A Privacy Policy outlines how we handle and protect your personal data. It explains what data we collect, how we use it, and the measures we take to safeguard your privacy.
What is a moderated test?
A moderated test is conducted with the assistance of a moderator. The moderator explains the tasks you need to complete and guides you through the test. These tests typically involve evaluating a new workflow, testing new features on a website, or participating in an extended interview.
Do I need a working webcam and microphone for all onlinetest?
Yes, the client needs to see and hear you during the test to conduct a detailed analysis of your performance.
What is an on-site moderated test?
An on-site moderated test is conducted either at the client’s location or in a testing lab, usually in the Stockholm area. Before the test begins, you are required to sign an agreement on-site.
What is an unmoderated test?
An unmoderated test is a type of test where participants complete tasks or answer questions without direct supervision or involvement from a moderator. These tests can be conducted at the participant's own pace and at a time and place that suits them. Be sure to read the instructions carefully to complete the test correctly and ensure eligibility for compensation.
Why is my test marked as a no-show even though I participated?
Our client determined that your participation did not meet their criteria. This could mean that you did not follow the instructions closely enough or failed to provide sufficient feedback about your experience during the session.
