Our history

FeedbackFrog was founded in 2017 and from the beginning focused on recruitment and management of test participants for user tests. Amanda Lilja, the founder of FeedbackFrog, had worked for several years in product development and user/UX research at a large international company in the white goods industry. In her role, she had identified a clear need for qualitative customer and user surveys, and the ability to recruit and manage participants for interviews and tests.

These insights, along with significant knowledge of the industry, market, and customer needs, became the foundation for FeedbackFrog. Amanda also received strong support from her then-employer, who also became the first customer. Since its inception, FeedbackFrog has evolved into a full-service provider, with a digital solution and platform that was previously missing in the market. And one thing is certain – we will continue to evolve at least at the same pace going forward.
