Our history

Founded in 2017, FeedbackFrog began with a focus on recruiting and managing test participants for user testing. Amanda Lilja, the founder of FeedbackFrog, brought years of experience in product development and UX/user research from her time at a leading international company in the white goods industry.

In her role, Amanda identified a clear gap in the market: the need for high-quality, qualitative user tests, paired with efficient tools for recruiting and managing participants for interviews and tests.

This insight, combined with her deep industry knowledge and understanding of market and customer needs, became the foundation for FeedbackFrog. With the strong backing of her employer at the time—who also became the company’s first client—FeedbackFrog quickly gained momentum.

Since then, FeedbackFrog has transformed into a full-service provider, offering a robust digital platform that filled a critical gap in the market.
