In November 2022 we broke down FeedbackFrog’s growth goals into a concrete plan that the team could work towards between November 2022 and March 2023.
Our team conducted an OKR workshop series. The result? The team has had a clear picture of where we want to go, and what is required of each individual in order to get there and when, but also how to tackle the challenges we predict may appear along the way.
The team has been sharp in prioritizing what is the focus and what can wait, and we have all felt confident that, by following the plan every day, we are getting closer to our goal.
